樂山電力(600644.SH)：相關電價政策調整預計減少公司2022年電力業務收益1.6億元左右
格隆匯3月2日丨樂山電力(600644.SH)公佈，近日，公司收到樂山市發展和改革委員會《轉發關於進一步明確地方電網代理購電有關事項的通知》(樂發改價格〔2022〕87號)，結合《四川省電網企業代理購電工作實施方案》(川發改價格〔2021〕544號)、《關於明確四川省電網企業間臨時結算方式有關問題的通知》(川發改價格〔2022〕36號)、《關於調整地方電網目錄銷售電價有關事項的通知》(川發改價格〔2022〕49號)等相關文件精神，對公司電價政策進行調整。
此次電價政策調整的主要內容如下：
1.全面取消地方電網工商業目錄銷售電價。地方電網僅保留現行居民生活、農業生產目錄銷售電價，並通過優先收購供區內併網直調水電予以保障。工商業用户全部進入電力市場，按照市場價格購電。
2.地方電網代理工商業用户用電價格由代理購電價格、輸配電價、政府性基金及附加組成。地方電網非低價區工商業代理購電價格按省級層面代理購電價格執行。地方電網內直接參與市場交易用户承擔的輸配電價按四川電網輸配電價標準執行。
3.存量地方電網供區內參與市場直接交易電量、納入四川電網代理購電範圍的工商業電量，執行單一制網間輸配電價，根據不同電壓等級分別按1-10千伏0.1285元/千瓦時、35-110千伏以內0.0935元/千瓦時、110千伏0.0785元/千瓦時。
4.對符合四川省峯谷電價政策執行範圍的工商業用户，繼續執行峯谷分時電價政策，結算價格應按四川省分時電價的峯谷時段及浮動比例執行。四川電網與存量地方電網間結算電量暫不執行豐枯峯谷浮動電價政策。
此次電價政策調整對公司經營業績會造成較大影響。地方電網工商業目錄銷售電價取消後，公司盈利模式發生較大變化，由原來的電力購銷差模式轉變為收取核定的輸配電價為主的模式。經初步測算，此次電價政策調整預計減少公司2022年電力業務收益1.6億元左右。
該測算僅為初步測算數據，最終影響金額以公司2022年度經審計的年度財務報吿為準。
