三木集團(000632.SZ):漳州森唐房地產擬向其股東提供不超4000萬元財務資助
格隆匯3月1日丨三木集團(000632.SZ)公佈,公司控股子公司漳州森唐房地產由公司與漳州唐潤房地產開發有限公司(以下簡稱“漳州唐潤房地產”)共同出資設立的,其中:公司持有漳州森唐房地產51%股權,漳州唐潤房地產持有漳州森唐房地產49%股權。漳州森唐房地產負責漳州印象西湖項目的開發建設。
目前該項目開發進展順利,為提高資金的使用效率,按照房地產行業經營慣例,漳州森唐房地產擬在預留項目後續建設及運營資金後,按照持股比例向各股東方提供同等條件的借款,其中本次漳州森唐房地產向漳州唐潤房地產提供不超過4000萬元金額的借款。
