衞士通(002268.SZ)業績快報：2021年度淨利潤升47.79%至2.39億元
格隆匯2月28日丨衞士通(002268.SZ)發佈2021年度業績快報，實現營業收入27.89億元，同比增長17.00%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2.39億元，同比增長47.79%；基本每股收益0.2821元。進一步提升運營能力，全年銷售回款40.36億元，再創歷史新高，同比增長33.35%，經營活動產生的現金流量淨額達6.76億元。
營收及利潤增長主要系公司紮實推進各項重點項目和創新工程，參與國家及省部級多個課題研究，組織實施了國家、部委、省級多個重點專項，收入及毛利均實現增長。
此外，報吿期內，公司轉讓原控股子公司中電科(天津)網絡信息安全有限公司35%股權，取得投資收益6403.48萬元；另，公司對全資子公司中電科(北京)網絡信息安全有限公司購買的金豐能源中心項目5號樓房產計提在建工程減值4716.43萬元。
2021年，國家“十四五”規劃和2035年遠景目標綱要正式發佈，網絡安全被定位為基礎保障能力、國家安全戰略的重要組成部分，是實現數據資產安全應用、加快數字化發展、建設數字中國的基礎底座和重要保障。衞士通公司快速響應國家網絡安全發展趨勢，積極落實中國電科集團、網安公司的戰略規劃要求，提出以密碼為核心的數據智能安全服務商的戰略定位，聚焦基礎安全、網絡安全、數據安全、安全應用和安全服務五大業務，制定發佈公司戰略規劃。
報吿期內，公司以新制定的戰略規劃為指引，不斷提升公司經營質量，加速業務轉型和業務結構調整，強化面向互聯網業務、面向行業應用場景的新市場開拓，完善補全自主產品體系，提高業務毛利水平，嚴格控制經營管理風險，加強內部管理和經濟運行分析，不斷提升工作效率，持續優化現代企業管理體系。報吿期內，公司以戰略規劃為核心的五大業務能力快速構建和完善，基礎民品安全芯片的產品和市場能力不斷提升，面向車聯網、物聯網等新業務新場景的創新應用解決方案不斷增強，數據安全體系能力在政務行業、互聯網等典型應用場景下得到驗證和成功應用，以橙訊為核心的安全應用業務合作生態快速完善，安全服務和實戰演練能力獲得客户高度認可，建成了全國首個省市一體化的政務密碼服務平台。
