儘管本期間集團收益較去年同期有所增加,由盈轉虧的主要因素如下:1.鋼製品銷售收益增加,乃主要由於毛利率較低的鋼管、鋼板及其他鋼製品國內銷售增加所致;2.毛利率較高的城市更新項目規劃及諮詢業務收益大幅下跌;及3.經營開支大幅增加導致毛利率下降。
