億和控股(00838.HK)附屬獲授一筆1.5億港元融資
格隆匯2月28日丨億和控股(00838.HK)公吿,於2022年2月28日,借款人(公司一間全資附屬公司)確認接納富邦銀行(香港)有限公司所發出融資協議。
根據富邦融資協議,富邦同意向借款人提供一筆達港幣1.5億元長期分期付款額度以滿足一般營運資金需求及為集團現有貸款融資進行再融資,最後到期日為首個提取貸款日期起計為期三年。連同富邦所提供其他現有融資額度,包括一筆最多達港幣5460萬元循環貸款額度,富邦所提供總融資額度為港幣2.046億元。
