宇信科技(300674.SZ)業績快報：2021年度扣非淨利潤升22.21%至3.61億元
格隆匯2月28日丨宇信科技(300674.SZ)發佈2021年度業績快報，實現營業總收入37.26億元，同比增長24.97%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3.95億元，同比下降12.81%；扣除非經常性損益後的歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3.61億元，同比增長22.21%；剔除股份支付後、扣除非經常性損益後的歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤4.70億元，同比增長22.19%；基本每股收益0.61元。
作為行業領先的金融科技公司，受益於國家信息技術應用創新產業發展戰略在金融行業的加速推進和銀行業數字化轉型的全面開展，公司營業收入持續穩定增長，報吿期內公司營業收入較上年增長24.97%。
在金融科技行業邁向高質量發展的新階段，公司憑藉信貸、數據、渠道和監管等主要產品線在市場上的競爭優勢，報吿期內公司軟件開發及服務收入較上年增長28.16%，公司軟件開發及服務收入的增長主要來源於大型國有商業銀行相關業務需求的增加；公司創新運營業務持續保持快速發展勢頭，創新運營業務收入同比增幅46.49%。
公司綜合毛利率較上年略有下降，主要由於近年來金融科技人才競爭激烈，人工成本上升等因素導致公司軟件業務毛利率略有下降。同期，公司不斷優化收入結構，大力拓展毛利率較高的創新運營等業務，為公司未來的長期高質量發展夯實基礎和提供機遇。
報吿期內公司研發投入較上年增長38.83%，公司將金融科技新產品的研發作為重點發展戰略之一，持續加大研發投入，進一步提升產品的標準化程度，鞏固新產品在業務上的領先性，以保持在中長期發展中具備持續領先的競爭優勢。
同時公司的精細化管理和數字化管理升級使得公司的經營管理效率進一步提升，報吿期內公司管理費用率降低；公司的規模效應使得公司銷售費率降低。收入的穩步增長及經營管理效率的提升使得公司報吿期內扣除非經常性損益後的歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤實現36063.54萬元，較上年增長22.21%。
報吿期內非經常性損益對淨利潤的影響金額為3422.68萬元，主要為處置聯營公司股權產生的收益以及政府補助等。此外，公司授予員工限制性股票在報吿期內產生10933.74萬元股份支付費用。公司本報吿期內扣除非經常性損益、剔除股份支付費用影響後的歸屬於上市公司淨利潤為46997.27萬元，較上年同期增長22.19%。
