格隆匯2月28日丨伯明翰體育(02309.HK)公佈,截至2021年12月31日止六個月,公司收益為1.11億港元,同比增長52.14%;公司擁有人應占期間虧損1029.1萬港元,同期則盈利為7194.7萬港元,每股虧損為0.05港仙。
公吿稱,轉盈為虧主要由於截至2021年12月31日止六個月球員轉會活動之溢利大幅減少及並無衍生金融工具之公平值收益,惟部份由足球球會分部之預期補償所抵銷。
