英特爾(INTC.US)首席執行官及董事長共增持16625股股票
格隆匯2月28日丨據美國證券交易委員會(SEC)的文件顯示,英特爾首席執行官Pat Gelsinger和董事長Ishrak Omar於上週分別增持了5600股和11025股。Gelsinger在大會上表示,由於數年的鉅額投資,英特爾以高著稱的毛利率今年將會下降,一直到2025年才會再次上升。經過調整後,預計英特爾的毛利率到2022年將降至52%,到2023年和2024年將分別降至51%至53%。在接下來的幾年裏,預計毛利率將回升至54%至58%。據跟蹤公司內部股票交易的OpenInsider稱,這是Gelsinger自2021年10月26日以來首次購買股票。這是Omar自2021年11月1日以來首次購買股票。
