工信部:研究新能車車購稅優惠延續等政策 提升芯片生產供給能力
工信部副部長辛國斌在新聞發布會上表示,將抓緊研究明確新能源汽車車購稅優惠延續等支持政策,優化「雙積分」管理辦法,做好與補貼退坡的有效銜接,穩定市場預期,同時,將組織編制汽車產業綠色發展路線圖,為行業企業提供指導幫助。
辛國斌表示,從重點汽車企業監測情況看,汽車芯片供應短缺情況已在逐步緩解,但相對整車和零部件企業的需求和排產計劃來看,目前仍然還有一定的缺口。考慮到全球主要芯片企業已經加大車規級芯片的生產供應,新建產能也將於今年陸續釋放,內地部份芯片產品供給能力也在逐步提升,預計汽車芯片供應形勢還會持續向好。
下一步,將加大生產協同,引導整車和零部件企業優化供應鏈佈局,提高資源配置效率,最大限度降低缺芯影響,並將進一步支持整車、零部件及芯片企業協同創新,穩妥有序提升芯片生產供給能力。
