絲路物流控股(00988.HK):聯交所維持公司下月9日起停牌之決定
絲路物流控股(00988.HK)公布,於2月25日收到聯交所函件,聯交所上市科認為公司未能維持上市規則第13.24條規定之充足營運及資產水平,以保證其股份繼續上市,並決定根據上市規則第6.01(3)條維持暫停公司股份買賣之決定。
公司之股份將會於下月9日暫停買賣,若公司申請對上市委員會決定進行覆核則作別論。公司現正審核上市委員會決定,並正就此進行內部討論,以及與專業顧問進行商討,並將考慮是否提出要求將上市委員會決定轉交上市覆核委員會進行覆核。
