安恆信息(688023.SH)業績快報：2021年度淨利潤降89.53%至1404.21萬元
格隆匯2月28日丨安恆信息(688023.SH)發佈2021年度業績快報，實現營業總收入18.21億元，同比增長37.68%；歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤1404.21萬元，同比下降89.53%；歸屬於母公司所有者的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤-7865.36萬元，上年同期為盈利1.21億元；基本每股收益0.19元。
營收增長主要系公司不斷加大市場開拓力度，深化產品和服務結構，持續提升雲安全、大數據安全、物聯網安全、工業互聯網、智慧城市安全和安全服務領域的競爭力，業務規模保持較快增長，全年營業收入實現高速增長，毛利率對比前三季度穩步提升。在產品方面，公司雲安全平台、大數據安全平台收入規模持續增長，推出的數據安全、信創雲安全等新產品收入佔比雖不高，但呈高速增長趨勢；在服務方面，安全服務收入快速增長，其中 SAAS 化規模穩步提升；在行業客户方面，除傳統優勢行業外，公司在金融、運營商、醫療、教育和企業等客户的市場份額呈現進一步上升的態勢。
營業利潤、利潤總額、基本每股收益、歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤和歸屬於母公司所有者的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤較上期變動幅度較大，主要原因如下：
(1)隨着《數據安全法》《個人信息保護法》等相關法律法規的相繼推出以及涉網犯罪形勢的日益嚴峻，為適應法律法規等催生的巨大需求及公司的長遠發展需要，公司在持續提升雲安全、大數據安全、物聯網安全和安全服務等領域的核心競爭力的同時，還加大加快了數據安全島、涉網犯罪、信創、新一代智能網關及車聯網安全等戰略新方向相關產品的市場推廣、技術研發、管理優化等的投入力度，開拓新方向產品需要投入大量的技術研發人員，且對研發人員能力要求較高。因此，報吿期內銷售費用和研發費用合計約11.82億元，較上年同期增長約57.38%。
(2)為吸引人才，公司實施了2020年及2021年股權激勵計劃。由於股份支付費用在激勵計劃實施過程中按照歸屬比例進行分期確認，對各期會計成本的影響存在差異。報吿期內公司的股份支付費用較上年同期有大幅增長，報吿期內股份支付金額約9100萬元。
(3)報吿期內，公司非經常性損益對淨利潤影響額約9270萬元，主要系公司收購參股公司股權，該參股公司成為公司控股子公司，該次交易形成非同一控制下企業合併為公司帶來投資收益所致。
