敏芯股份(688286.SH)業績快報：2021年度淨利潤降68.72%至1302.17萬元
格隆匯2月25日丨敏芯股份(688286.SH)發佈2021年度業績快報，實現營業總收入3.52億元，同比增長6.57%；歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤1302.17萬元，同比減少68.72%；歸屬於母公司所有者的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤-196.10萬元，同比減少105.50%；基本每股收益0.24元。
公司淨利潤減少主要受公司實施股權激勵後產生的股份支付影響，報吿期內股份支付金額約3482.98萬元，比去年增加3181.22萬元。如去除股份支付影響，公司2021年歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤約4299.1萬元。
報吿期內，由於消費類電子行業整體增速放緩疊加芯片缺貨的影響，導致部分消費類終端品牌出貨量減少，進而影響上游元器件供應廠商的出貨，並且公司主力產品 MEMS 聲學傳感器的行業整體產能充足，行業競爭加劇，特別是價格競爭較為激烈，使得公司遇到產業鏈傳導以及行業競爭加劇的雙重阻力。在此情況下，公司不斷加大市場開拓力度，深化產品結構，持續提升產品競爭力，在競爭十分激烈的市場環境下，公司主營業務收入仍實現了一定的增長，產品毛利率保持了穩定。但是受制於公司新產品尚處於起量期，暫未和主力產品聲學傳感器形成組合競爭優勢，因此，公司的主要業務收入增速開始放緩。
與此同時，由於公司產能擴張、客户突破、新產品研發處於投入階段，相關投入效益尚未在當期體現以及公司因實施股權激勵計劃產生了較大的股份支付費用等因素疊加影響，導致報吿期內淨利潤出現了下降的情況，具體如下：
1、為吸引和保留人才，公司於2020年實施了股權激勵計劃，並於2021年進一步授予了預留部分股權激勵，在激勵計劃實施過程中按照歸屬比例分期確認了股份支付費用，報吿期內公司的股份支付費用較上年同期有大幅增長，報吿期內股份支付金額約3482.98萬元，比去年增加3181.22萬元。如去除股份支付影響，公司2021年歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤約4299.1萬元。
2、為進一步增加公司研發實力，加快新產品研發進度，公司研發投入大幅增加，報吿期內研發費用為6525.81萬元，比上年增長約2321.47萬元。2021年度研發支出佔營業收入的比重為18.55%，較2020年增加5.81個百分點。因此對淨利潤造成了直接影響。
