賽意信息(300687.SZ):擬購買位於上海市閔行區部分土地使用權 以建設賽意信息華東研發總部
格隆匯2月24日丨賽意信息(300687.SZ)公佈,公司於2022年2月23日召開的第二屆董事會第四十七次會議審議通過了《關於擬購買土地使用權並簽署相關協議的議案》。公司擬與閔行區南虹橋管理委員會辦公室、華漕鎮人民政府簽署《賽意信息華東研發總部項目(暫定名)投資協議書》,擬購買位於上海市閔行區南虹橋區域用地面積約12.7畝的土地使用權,建設賽意信息華東研發總部,打造賽意信息“華東研發中心+華東營銷管理中心+華東數字化產業人才學院”等數字化創新賦能發展平台。
