格隆匯2月24日丨設計都會(01545.HK)公吿,根據對集團截至2021年12月31日止年度未經審核綜合管理賬目進行初步審閲以及董事會現時可獲得其他資料,預期相較於截至2020年12月31日止年度,集團於2021財年收益將減少20%至30%以及溢利將減少30%至40%。
收益減少主要歸因於美國家俬銷售分部收益減少,此乃主要由於(i)為應對COVID-19疫情而對廠房經營實施的限制措施、集裝箱短缺、港口裝卸需要較平時更長的時間及港口擁堵造成供應鏈中斷,影響補足存貨;及(ii)航運成本劇增。溢利減少主要由於美國家俬銷售分部收益減少所致。
