益華控股(02213.HK)所有百貨店已停運 聯交所上市科建議展開除牌程序
益華控股(02213.HK)公布,目前,清盤人從若干公司國內附屬管理層得知,集團所有百貨店已停止營運。
截至2月17日,公司未能滿足復牌指引。公司近日於聯交所獲悉聯交所上市科將建議上市委員會展開取消公司上市地位之程序。聯交所將進一步通知公司上市委員會的決定。
如果上市委員會決定取消公司之上市地位,自公司最後上市日期起,儘管股票仍繼續有效,但該股份將不再繼續上市,亦不再於聯交所買賣。
該股於2020年8月18日下午起停牌,並將繼續停牌至另行通知為止。
