《預算案》陳茂波:按揭保險計劃八成按揭樓價上限升至1,200萬元 首置者九成按揭樓價升至1,000萬元
財政司司長陳茂波表示,政府在2019年底放寬了由香港按證保險公司提供的按揭保險計劃,考慮到目前市場環境、未來數年供應情況及首次置業人士和計劃樓換樓自用家庭的需要,政府已指示按證公司修訂按揭保險計劃,可申請最高八成按揭貸款的樓價上限將由1,000萬元提升至1,200萬元,首次置業人士可申請最高九成按揭貸款的樓價上限,則會由現時800萬元提升至1,000萬元。
陳茂波補充,至於各項樓市需求管理措施,政府無意放寬。
