恆地(00012.HK)向港府借出新田土地興建臨時社區隔離設施
恆地(00012.HK)宣布向港府無償借出一幅位於新田的土地,並積極配合政府繼續尋找合適的新界土地,以興建更多臨時性社區隔離治療設施。
該幅新田土地由恆地與新地(00016.HK)共同擁有,佔地40萬平方呎,曾用作新田購物城,基本配套已經完備,經與當局磋商後,土地已於本周一(21日)移交政府,並隨即交予承建商開展建設工程,興建臨時性社區隔離治療設施。
另外,集團指亦正積極協助政府尋找其他新界土地。如果政府有需要,集團樂意全力配合。
