大生農業金融(01103.HK)收到管理人提交的民事訴狀
格隆匯2月22日丨大生農業金融(01103.HK)公佈,於2022年2月22日,公司收到管理人於2022年1月24日在法院向公司提交的民事訴狀,要求公司償還安徽華星向公司提供的財務資助,本金總額為人民幣3550萬元,截至2022年1月23日的未償還利息約為人民幣1350萬元及由2022年1月24日直至償款日期的應計利息以及有關法律訴訟的一切其他成本及開支。公司於安徽華星持有的股權因法律訴訟而已於2022年1月28日被申請財產保全。
