萬國數據(9698.HK)定向發行6.2億美元可轉換優先債券，並與紅杉中國達成戰略合作
中國上海，2022年2月22日 – 中國領先的高性能數據中心運營商和服務商萬國數據控股有限公司(以下簡稱“萬國數據”或“公司”)(納斯達克股票代碼：GDS；港交所股票代碼：9698)今日宣佈定向發行七年期的6.2億美元可轉換優先債券，利率0.25%。
此次定向發行對象為紅杉中國新基建基金、ST Telemedia Global Data Centres(以下簡稱“STT GDC”)，及一家亞洲主權財富基金(萬國數據的戰略合作伙伴)。
在紅杉中國新基建基金對公司投資的基礎上，萬國數據與紅杉中國(連同其關聯方，以下統稱“紅杉中國”)達成戰略協議，雙方將加強在數據中心領域的全方位業務合作。
萬國數據董事長兼首席執行官黃偉表示：“我很高興向大家宣佈公司今天進行了新一輪6.2億美金的可轉換優先債券定向發行。眾所周知，數據中心是一個非常有前景的行業，又是一個需要長期持續投資的行業，通過這輪募資，公司的財務能力將得到進一步強化，這必將為我們下一步拓展國內和海外市場提供強有力的支持。
