仁東控股(002647.SZ)：向海科金集團的相關借款到期
格隆匯2月21日丨仁東控股(002647.SZ)公佈，2020年2月10日，公司與北京海淀科技金融資本控股集團股份有限公司(“海科金集團”)簽署了《委託貸款合同》，約定公司向其借款1.5億元，借款期限自2020年2月17日至2022年2月16日。北京仁東信息技術有限公司、仁東(天津)科技有限公司、廣東合利金融科技服務有限公司、廣州合利寶支付科技有限公司為本筆借款提供第三方保證擔保。
根據合同約定，海科金集團分別於2020年2月17日、2020年5月26日向公司發放借款5000萬元、9500萬元，合計發放借款1.45億元。
為保證海科金集團債權的實現，2020年7月份，公司增加了海科金集團子公司北京海淀科技企業融資擔保有限公司作為擔保人，為公司本筆借款提供擔保，公司以自身持有的海科金集團3.02%的股權向其提供質押反擔保。
自借款發放以來，公司嚴格按照合同約定歸還各期利息，較好的履行了合同約定的義務。2022年1月初，公司收到海科金集團郵寄的債務提前到期通知書，海科金集團單方面宣佈本筆借款於2021年12月31日提前到期，要求公司立即償還1.45億元借款本金及相關利息。在收到借款提前到期的通知後，公司與海科金集團就借款到期情況進行了溝通，向其闡述了公司目前的經營情況，説明了本筆借款不符合提前到期條件的理由及不同意提前到期的要求，對其進行了書面回覆，並提出了原定合同期限到期後的續貸申請，截至目前公司尚未得到回覆。
目前公司正積極與債權人溝通，爭取儘快與債權人達成一致意見，包括但不限於展期、續貸等方式。公司將通過加快回收應收賬款、減少相應支出、向控股股東借款、處置相關資產等方式籌措償債資金，儘快妥善處理借款事項。但不排除債權方可能根據貸款合同、協議約定相關條款採取相關保全或處置的措施。截至目前，上述事項對公司日常經營活動未造成重大影響。
