浙江交科(002061.SZ)：聯合體中標351國道蘭溪馬澗至建德大慈巖段工程設計施工總承包第SJSG標段、甬舟高速公路複線金塘至大沙段工程PPP項目
格隆匯2月21日丨浙江交科(002061.SZ)公佈，公司下屬公司浙江交工集團股份有限公司及其子公司參加351國道蘭溪馬澗至建德大慈巖段工程設計施工總承包第SJSG標段、甬舟高速公路複線金塘至大沙段工程PPP項目的招標。近日，公司收到浙江交工發來的工程項目中標通知書。
(一)項目名稱：351國道蘭溪馬澗至建德大慈巖段工程設計施工總承包第SJSG標段
中標價：23.66億元。聯合體分工：浙江交工宏途交通建設有限公司作為聯合體牽頭人，承擔本項目招標範圍內公路工程、交通工程及沿線設施等的施工完成、缺陷責任期缺陷修復及保修期保修等專業工程；中國公路工程諮詢集團有限公司承擔本項目招標範圍內公路工程、交通工程及沿線設施等的勘察設計，工作內容包括定測詳勘工作、施工圖設計、施工圖預算編制、施工圖預算調整、工程量清單編制、施工項目專用技術規範編制、後續服務(含動態設計)、相關科研(如需要)及專題報吿(如需要)等專業工程。
(二)項目名稱：甬舟高速公路複線金塘至大沙段工程PPP項目
本項目高速公路路線全長約18.92公里(主線實施長度約18.56公里，含西堠門、桃夭門、富翅門三座公鐵合建橋樑長度)，設主線橋樑約10336米/16座(含互通區主線橋及三座公鐵合建橋樑長4519米)，路線終點同步建設連接線長約0.63公里。中標價：PPP項目總投資額投標總價107.54億元；陸域段建築安裝工程費施工投標報價26.73億元，社會資本投報的年均運營補貼額3.34億元。
聯合體各成員分工：浙江省交通投資集團有限公司為聯合體牽頭人，浙江交工集團股份有限公司、浙江高信技術股份有限公司、浙江交工路橋建設有限公司、中鐵大橋局集團有限公司、中鐵大橋局集團第五工程有限公司、中國鐵建大橋工程局集團有限公司為聯合體成員。聯合體牽頭人浙江省交通投資集團有限公司負責辦理項目公司註冊登記工作，按約定時間及比例對項目公司出資；作為牽頭人，牽頭組織、管理、協助及監督項目公司融資、建設、運營和移交等各項履約行為(投融資、運營及移交)。聯合體成員浙江交工集團股份有限公司、浙江高信技術股份有限公司、中鐵大橋局集團有限公司配合牽頭人辦理項目公司註冊登記工作，按約定時間及比例對項目公司出資；配合牽頭人關聯、協助及監督項目公司完成融資、建設、運營和移交等各項履約行為(投融資)。聯合體成員浙江交工路橋建設有限公司、中鐵大橋局集團第五工程有限公司、中國鐵建大橋工程局集團有限公司配合牽頭人辦理項目公司註冊登記工作，按約定時間及比例對項目公司出資；配合牽頭人關聯、協助及監督項目公司完成融資、建設、運營和移交等各項履約行為；與其他參與施工的聯合體成員一起，負責本項目的工程施工(投融資及施工)。
