中國利郎(01234.HK)斥逾2億人幣收購福建辦公大樓等物業
中國利郎(01234.HK)公佈,其全資附屬利郎中國以總代價2.05億元人民幣,向公司執行董事兼控股股東的股東王聰星及蔡榮華分別持有23.22%及6.78%的賣方,收購位於福建省晉江市青陽街道利郎創意園的物業。
該物業爲一座總建築面積約爲1.49萬平方米的15層辦公大樓、三座總建築面積約爲6,126.29平方米的四層商業別墅及一個總建築面積約爲6,621.42平方米的地庫停車場。
公司指出,該等物業(特別是辦公大樓)位置毗鄰新總部,爲新落成並可隨時用作辦公場所,因此乃切合集團營運需要的合適目標。公司擬將辦公大樓主要用作爲集團行政及物業管理部提供辦公空間、訂貨展廳、定製業務及電子商務業務(含行政及直播場所),以支持集團的業務需要。
