安諾其(300067.SZ):擬以720萬元受讓安諾其科技30%股權
格隆匯2月21日丨安諾其(300067.SZ)公佈,2022年2月21日,公司與參股公司上海安諾其科技有限公司(簡稱“安諾其科技”或“標的公司”)的現有股東楊曉慧簽署《上海安諾其科技有限公司股權轉讓協議》,公司擬以自有資金720萬元人民幣,受讓現有股東楊曉慧持有的安諾其科技30%股權。
此次股權轉讓完成後,公司合計持有安諾其科技60%股權,安諾其科技由公司的參股公司變為控股公司,納入合併報表範圍。
