綠葉製藥(02186.HK)與華昊中天就抗腫瘤創新藥優替德隆注射液在中國大陸市場推廣達成合作
格隆匯2月21日丨綠葉製藥(02186.HK)宣佈，公司全資附屬公司煙台綠葉藥品貿易有限公司與北京華昊中天生物醫藥股份有限公司("華昊中天")全資附屬公司成都華昊中天藥業有限公司簽署協議，雙方達成天然微生物小分子抗腫瘤藥物、國家1類新藥優替帝®(通用名：優替德隆注射液)在中國大陸26個省份的合作推廣。
優替德隆注射液是華昊中天自主研發的國內首個埃博黴素類抗腫瘤創新藥，於2021年獲得中國國家藥品監督管理局批准上市，用於治療復發或轉移性晚期乳腺癌。目前該藥物已被納入《CSCO乳腺癌診療指南(2021版)》以及《中國晚期乳腺癌規範診療指南(2020版)》。此外，優替德隆注射液多項新適應症相關的臨牀研究也在進行中，涉及非小細胞肺癌、消化道腫瘤、婦科腫瘤、頭頸部腫瘤等多種晚期實體腫瘤的治療。
公司相信，優替德隆注射液作為中國首個且唯一獲批的埃博黴素類抗腫瘤藥物，為晚期乳腺癌患者提供全新的治療選擇，具備良好的市場潛力。該產品將協同集團於腫瘤領域現有的資源與優勢，惠及更多患者。同時，該產品預期可與本集團的抗腫瘤產品形成豐富的產品組合，加速推動集團在該領域的佈局和發展。
關於優替德隆注射液
優替帝®(通用名：優替德隆注射液)由華昊中天自主研發，為一種基因工程埃博黴素衍生物，也是一類新型的非紫杉類抗微管蛋白聚合類抗腫瘤藥物，通過誘導和促進微管蛋白聚合，抑制微管解聚，從而抑制細胞的有絲分裂和觸發凋亡，達到抗腫瘤細胞存活的作用。
優替德隆注射液於2021年獲得國家藥品監督管理局批准上市，適應症為"優替德隆聯合卡培他濱，用於既往接受過至少一種化療方案的復發或轉移性乳腺癌患者，既往的化療方案應包含一種蒽環類或紫杉類藥物"。優替德隆治療晚期乳腺癌III期臨牀結果顯示了其卓越的療效和安全性：與標準方案相比，優替德隆顯著提高患者總生存期，緩解率和疾病進展時間均顯著提高約一倍。該研究結果兩次入選ASCO大會口頭報吿，並發表於國際權威腫瘤學期刊Lancet Oncology和Annals of Oncology。此外，前期研究結果顯示：優替德隆對於乳腺癌、肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、食管癌、腸癌和前列腺癌等常見腫瘤亦具有良好的抗腫瘤活性，對紫杉醇等化療藥的耐藥性腫瘤也具有很好的療效。
