中國利郎(01234.HK)擬2.05億元收購晉江利郎創意園物業
格隆匯2月21日丨中國利郎(01234.HK)發佈公吿,2022年2月21日,利郎中國(公司全資附屬公司)與賣方訂立該協議,據此,利郎中國同意收購而賣方同意出售該等物業,總代價為人民幣2.05億元。
根據披露,將予收購的該等物業各自位於福建省晉江市青陽街道利郎創意園(地塊一)的一座總建築面積約為1.49萬平方米的15層辦公大樓、三座總建築面積約為6126.29平方米的四層商業別墅及一個總建築面積約為6621.42平方米的地庫停車場。
