A股午評：三大指數齊跌，東數西算概念股大面積漲停
兩市主要指數下跌，滬指以弱勢震盪為主，午間收跌0.36%報3478點，深成指跌0.26%報13425點，創業板指跌0.92%報2800點。兩市2760股上漲，1700股下跌，半日成交額5500億，北上資金淨賣出31.35億。
行業板塊漲跌參半，“東數西算”工程啟動，東數西算、數據中心概念股大面積漲停，國資雲、邊緣計算、信息安全等題材亦大漲；煤炭期貨大漲，煤炭股延續近期強勢，山西焦化漲8%；教育股大漲，中公教育漲停；數字貨幣、種業、區塊鏈、物聯網等概念活躍。建材、保險、建築、石油等板塊跌幅靠前。
東數西算、數據中心概念股大面積漲停。近日，“東數西算”工程正式全面啟動，機構估算將至少拉動千億級投資，相關上市公司也在積極佈局。 另據中國信息通信研究院消息，“東數西算”八大樞紐節點劃定起步區邊界。機構及業內人士表示，隨着“東數西算”工程的啟動，疊加數字經濟確定的發展方向，數字基建領域全年有望發力，相關產業鏈將實現不斷受益。
煤炭股大漲，山西焦煤漲8%。消息面上，動力煤、焦煤期貨漲4.7%。開源證券指，當前煤炭股低估值特徵明顯，在當前穩增長、寬信用的宏觀政策預期下，我們認為煤炭板塊具備較高配置價值，看好板塊估值修復。
種業股強勁，荃銀高科漲6%。荃銀高科此前發佈業績快報，2021年全年實現淨利潤1.69億元，同比增長26.93%。主要原因系：公司種子業務持續增長，主推雜交水稻、雜交玉米等品種市場表現良好；訂單農業業務規模增加。
海通證券研報認為，短期看部分資金從“穩增長”抽離出來迴流前期賽道股中，形成蹺蹺板效應，“穩增長”主題上漲力量有所弱化，長期來看“穩增長”政策繼續在服務業、房地產、新基建等領域發力，釋放了穩經濟的信號，有助於經濟平穩運行。雖上證指數週線收四連陽，A股整體震盪上行，但整體市場情緒仍偏謹慎，近期關注具備核心競爭力的企業，關注2021年年報業績預增股，持續關注“穩增長”主線，在當下震盪上行行情下，低估值的價值賽道更具投資性價比。
