新石文化(01740.HK)聯屬遭投資者索償共1,929萬人幣
新石文化(01740.HK)公布,最近接獲浙江省杭州市中級人民法院發出的傳票,一名聯合投資者要求集團綜合聯屬實體原石文化支付其因聯合投資電視劇而產生的應佔所得款項1,134.4萬元人民幣(下同)及滯納金794.6萬元。合計約1,929萬元。董事會亦發現,存放於集團三個銀行賬戶總額達180.4萬元的款項已因該索償被法院凍結。
公司目前正在就該索償尋求法律意見,以評估其利弊及對集團的影響,以及為回應該索償應採取的潛在法律行動。同時,公司亦正在與該聯合投資者聯絡以尋求解決該索償的可能性。
