吉峯科技(300022.SZ)：董事會批准“一體兩翼”新戰略架構
格隆匯2月18日丨吉峯科技(300022.SZ)公佈，為了更好地融入並深度參與農業農村現代化和國家鄉村振興戰略歷史大潮，提供“機械化、智能化、信息化”農業機械產品和服務，結合宏觀政策和行業環境。公司於2022年2月18日召開第五屆董事會第十八次會議，會議審議通過了公司《關於“一體兩翼”新戰略架構的議案》。
一體，高端特色製造板塊：定位於未來的主體業務。針對我國近十年全球第一農機裝備製造大國積澱的豐富高端特色製造資源與農機裝備產業鏈資本化程度嚴重不足、國際化與全球化滯後的矛盾，通過內涵式培育與外延式拓展相結合的方式發展高端特色農業機械製造業務板塊，將吉峯科技打造成為“專精特新”農機與核心零部件企業加速資本化、國際化的賦能平台。
未來三到五年，基於傳統主糧作物主要環節機械化裝備製造格局基本確定的狀況，公司選擇性進入優質零部件、高端特色農業機械(含農機具和經濟作物機械、丘陵山區中小型農用機械等)，通過參股或控股方式整合農機產業鏈上游“專精特新”拔尖企業，與公司流通網絡和創新服務體系深度互動，推動農機裝備制造產業鏈整體價值的不斷提升。
左翼，農機流通板塊：定位於基石業務。繼續做優做強公司現有農機流通業務，下沉服務，密植縣鄉網絡，與高端特色製造板塊新產品先導性推廣和快速營銷形成良好的強化與協同作用。
右翼，農機與三農產業鏈創新服務板塊：定位於積極培育與孵化業務。針對農機與三農產業鏈“小散亂弱缺”的行業現狀，充分發揮公司行業影響和牽頭引領作用，聚人聚資聚勢，積極打造農機高技能人才與高素質農民培訓、優質農機零部件供應體系、產業鏈數字化升級改造、高端農事服務體系、農機與三農產業服務園區等多種形式的聯盟與合作平台，與高端特色製造板塊、農機流通板塊形成共享共贏的生態型互融互補作用。
“一體兩翼”新戰略本質上是垂直一體化戰略，以服務現代農業和推動鄉村產業振興為己任，在業務歸核化基礎上實現農機產業鏈上下游資源的協同與融合，推動行業產業價值與資本價值的雙提升。
