《即日市評》恆指本週累跌578點 美團今急挫逾14%

受美團(03690.HK)急挫及科網股跌勢所拖累，港股今日向下。市場關注烏克蘭局勢再趨緊張，美股道指及納指昨晚跌1.8%及2.9%，其後俄羅斯外長同意與美國務卿會面，執筆之時美國十年期國債孳息率跌至1.976釐，美匯指數回落至95.76，美股道指期貨最新升193點或0.56%，納指期貨最新升0.7%。人行進行100億人幣七天期逆回購操作，上證綜指全日升22點或0.66%收3,490點，深證成指升0.27%，滬深兩市成交額共8,076億人民幣。
恆指今早低開159點，早段傳出美俄外長下週開會，港股跌幅一度收窄至29點見24,763點，但午後在科技股帶動下轉弱，尾市曾跌508點低見24,284點，最終全日跌465或1.88%，收24,327點；國指跌173點或1.99%，收8,537點；恆生科技指數跌182點或3.2%，收5,479點。大市全日成交總額1,262.18億元，滬港通南下交易淨流出17.9億元人民幣，深港通南下交易淨流入5.64億元人民幣。恆指收市後公佈季檢結果，「染藍」熱門股隨大市走軟。農夫山泉(09633.HK)及中芯(00981.HK)各跌0.1%及0.2%。
恆指本週累跌578點或2.3%、國指本週累跌246點或2.8%、恆生科指本週累跌117點或2.1%。美國不斷警告俄羅斯或於短期內入侵烏克蘭，市場憂慮原油供應將受影響，國際油價攀升下，投資者擔心全球通脹升溫及產業供應鏈受到影響；而本港第五波疫情嚴峻，亦令人憂慮本港經濟及零售表現受損。
【美團股價挫 憂監管風險】
騰訊(00700.HK)今日股價跌1.9%報470元，阿裏巴巴(09988.HK)跌2.8%。美團(03690.HK)午後股價急挫，全日下滑14.9%收188元，單股拖累恆指下跌260點。國家發改委等部門印發《關於促進服務業領域困難行業恢復發展的若幹政策》的通知，要求引導外賣等互聯網平臺企業進一步下調餐飲業商戶服務費標準，降低相關餐飲企業經營成本。
【沽空迕稍降 內房股上揚】
港股今日市寬轉弱，主板股票的升跌比率爲17比23(上日爲19比19)，恆指成份股今日23只股份上升，下跌股份37只，升跌比率爲36比58(上日爲58比34)；大市今日錄沽空201.43億元，佔可沽空股份成1,043.6億元的19.302%(上日爲20.612%)。
據報興業銀行(601166.SH)擬發行房地產項目併購主題債券，集資最少100億人幣。發改委亦鼓勵各地對繳納房產稅、城鎮土地使用稅有困難納稅人給予減免。內房股上升，融創中國(01918.HK)及華潤置地(01109.HK)各升5.3%及5%。
美銀證券認爲，內房政策在3月的「兩會」前可能會進一步放寬，例如降低按揭貸款利率、不良資產管理公司收購項目等，然而，3月和4月的債務到期高峯和疲軟的盈利，也代表屆時波動性會更大。美銀證券將較具實力的內房股目標價上調10%，以反映政策利好因素和併購帶來的上行潛力，並調低陷入困境的內房目標價。
