滙能集團(01539.HK)與馬來西亞州政府機構合作實現綠色計劃
格隆匯2月17日丨滙能集團(01539.HK)公吿，於2022年2月8日，集團與一家馬來西亞州政府機構Lembaga Perumahan dan Hartanah Selangor和一家房地產科技公司Odesi Ecob Sdn Bhd (ODESI) 簽訂諒解備忘錄，以在馬來西亞雪蘭莪推出綠色組合計劃。
該綠色組合計劃包含兩個部分，"節能計劃"主要圍繞高效節能以及"新冠病毒抗疫計劃"主要圍繞減少因空氣質量治理產生的空氣細菌和新冠病毒傳播風險。該計劃符合雪蘭莪成為智慧可持續發展城市的倡議，也切合在雪蘭莪即將採用的城市規劃發展方法。
集團將憑藉其獲得專利的LED燈，成為"節能計劃"的核心綠色科技解決方案供應商。集團的目標是在簽訂能源管理合約的情況下在雪蘭莪的6,000套公寓安裝約600萬支LED燈。於約定期間內，"節能計劃"估計將實現每年節省4.48億馬來西亞令吉，節省約8.67億千瓦時電力，相當於每年減排二氧化碳60萬噸以上，意味着十年來每年種植超過1,000萬棵樹。
此外，集團已與iCleanic Limited合作，以在雪蘭莪上述的6000套公寓實施"新冠病毒抗疫計劃"。iCleanic總部位於香港，提供殺滅新冠病毒的消毒解決方案。消毒解決方案的有效性經國際專業組織測試，包括CMATesting就消除空氣中的細菌以及英屬哥倫比亞大學就消除新冠病毒的測試。
東南亞國家聯盟預計雪蘭莪在2025年將成為一個宜居的智慧城市。集團的目標是參與馬來西亞綠色倡議以促進綠色發展，並努力打造雪蘭莪為一個更智能、更環保、更安全的城市。
