電訊數碼(06033.HK)7.33億元購宏開工業大廈全棟
電訊數碼(06033.HK)公佈,其全資附屬Telecom Digital Investment,向Metro Rider Investment收購安保國際的全部已發行股本及待售貸款,代價爲7.33億元。
安保國際持有九龍駿業街58號宏開工業大廈全棟,該物業總土地面積約爲10,001平方尺,建築物建築面積約爲97,314平方尺。
集團有意於現有租賃協議期滿後利用部分該物業作爲旗下辦公室及貨倉之一,其餘部分將用作長遠提升集團的物業投資組合。
