華森製藥(002907.SZ)業績快報：2021年度淨利降21.84%至9316.14萬元
格隆匯2月16日丨華森製藥(002907.SZ)披露2021年度業績快報，報吿期內，公司實現營業收入8.46億元，同比下降4.11%；營業利潤1.04億元，同比下降24.37%；利潤總額1.04億元，同比下降24.07%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤9316.14萬元，同比下降21.84%。
公司營業收入下降的主要原因為與植恩生物的合作品種奧利司他膠囊銷售收入大幅下降所致，若剔除合作品種奧利司他膠囊銷售收入下降因素，報吿期內公司營業收入同比上升8.11%。報吿期末，公司與合作企業植恩生物進一步達成約定，公司以自有品牌“曲暢”對奧利司他膠囊進行商業化運營，相信隨着奧利司他膠囊(曲暢)商業化計劃的逐步實施，該品種的銷售收入將有所提振。
另外，報吿期內公司五大獨家中成藥品種呈現快速增長的態勢，獨家中成藥品種實現銷售收入同比增長19.86%；化學藥銷售收入、醫藥商業營業收入因集採等行業變化導致價格下降呈增速放緩或滯漲趨勢，但隨着新產品不斷推向市場(2021年度公司新獲得三個品種的藥品持有人證書，公司引進的特醫食品項目率先以營養品在市場上市銷售)，將對未來公司營收規模的增長提供有力支撐。
營業利潤和淨利潤下降的原因主要是：①公司持續加速創新升級，無論是創新藥研發方面還是在仿製藥及大健康品種的研發投入均進一步大比例增加，報吿期內公司研發投入較上年同期增長80.05%；②報吿期內，公司確認的與收益相關的政府補助減少1822.93萬元，上年同期公司確認的與收益相關的政府補助為2951.74萬元；③報吿期內因市場進一步恢復，公司自營品種推廣活動增加，因此銷售費用較上年同比上升；④因第五期新建GMP生產基地項目2021年全面投入使用，大量非現金性折舊費用增加，此項折舊費用較上年同期增長1868.62萬元，同時公司集採品種於2020年二季度開始配送，2021年全年均按集採價格銷售，年平均銷售單價下降，最終導致產品毛利率有所下降。
