香港特區政府首次發行綠色零售債券 總值60億港元
格隆匯2月15日丨香港特區政府今日公佈,特區政府將首次發行綠色零售債券,目標發行額爲60億港元。債券年期爲3年,每手1萬港元,債券持有人每6個月將獲發一次與本地通脹掛鉤的利息。此次綠色零售債券將於3月22日發行,3月23日在香港聯合交易所上市,並可在二手市場進行買賣。香港特區政府財政司司長陳茂波表示,特區政府在2021/2022年度財政預算案中,決定推出綠色債券並設立零售部分。首隻綠色債券的面世,符合深化市場發展、讓金融服務實體經濟,以及實現金融普惠三大目標,也標誌香港綠色金融市場發展的另一個重要裏程碑。
