格隆匯2月14日丨森麒麟(002984.SZ)發佈2021年年度報吿，實現營業收入51.77億元，同比增長10.03%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤7.53億元，同比下降23.17%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤6.84億元，同比下降33.81%；經營活動產生的現金流量淨額8.32億元，同比下降50.53%。基本每股收益1.16元，擬每10股派發現金紅利1.70元(含税)。
在汽車輪胎領域，公司旗下“森麒麟Sentury”、“路航Landsail”、“德林特Delinte”品牌產品在芬蘭Test World、德國Auto Bild、俄羅斯Za Rulem、芬蘭TM、中國《車與輪》、中國《輪胎商業》等眾多國際國內權威第三方獨立輪胎測評中獲得比肩國際知名輪胎品牌的評價。產品性能優勢帶動品牌影響力與競爭力的持續提升： 2014-2021年，在美國競爭激烈的超高性能輪胎（UHP）市場，公司旗下“德林特Delinte”品牌輪胎已連續8年保持2.5%的市場份額，為唯一榜上有名的中國品牌，顯示出公司在高性能輪胎市場強勁的國際品牌競爭力與市場影響力；2021年，公司旗下“森麒麟Sentury”、“路航Landsail”、“德林特Delinte”三大自主品牌在美國替換市場的佔有率達到2%，公司全部輪胎產品在美國替換市場的佔有率約4.5%、在歐洲替換市場的佔有率超4%。
在航空輪胎領域，公司歷經十餘年持續研發投入，成為國際少數航空輪胎製造企業之一，具備航空輪胎產品設計、研發、製造及銷售能力；公司已與中國商飛簽署相關合作研發協議，開展國產大飛機航空輪胎合作，已進入中俄商飛CR929潛在供應商名錄、中國商飛C909及C919培育供應商名錄，於2019年成為中國商飛ARJ21-700航空輪胎合格供應商。2020年，公司取得AS9100D航空航天質量管理體系認證證書，AS9100D標準適用於航空航天供應鏈產品質量控制，得到國際普遍認可，AS9100D證書的取得標誌着公司的航空航天質量管理體系規劃化、系統化已達國際領先水平。
