時代集團控股(01023.HK)盈喜:預計中期純利400萬至1000萬港元
格隆匯2月14日丨時代集團控股(01023.HK)發佈公吿,與2020年同期的公司擁有人應占虧損約8783.7萬港元相比,集團預期截至2021年12月31日止六個月將轉虧為盈並錄得公司擁有人應占溢利介乎約400萬港元至1000萬港元。
公吿稱,轉虧為盈主要由於1)不同國家或地區實施的與新型冠狀病毒(COVID-19)共存及COVID-19清零策略,加上全球COVID-19疫苗接種率不斷提高,截至2021年12月31日止六個月內COVID-19情況趨於穩定,尤其是在中國,這對公司的製造業務和零售業務均產生有利影響;及2)中國香港商務物業市場穩定,物業投資業務預期將錄得較低公平值虧損。
