世茂集團(00813.HK)指維港匯估值177億元
世茂集團(00813.HK)公布,獨立專業估值師就名為「維港匯」的西南九龍發展項目相關物業於去年8月1日的現況下進行的最新估值為177.41億元。預期出售事項所得款項淨額的約90%將用於償還公司到期債務,而餘額將用作集團業務發展及一般企業用途。
世茂集團去年12月公布出售所持維港匯全部22.5%權益,買家為信置(00083.HK)、會德豐及爪哇控股(00251.HK)。
