立訊精密(002475.SZ)：與奇瑞新能源擬共同組建合資公司 專業從事新能源汽車的整車研發及製造
格隆匯2月11日丨立訊精密(002475.SZ)公佈，2022年2月11日，公司與奇瑞控股集團有限公司(“奇瑞控股”)、奇瑞汽車股份有限公司(“奇瑞股份”)、奇瑞新能源汽車股份有限公司(“奇瑞新能源”)(“奇瑞控股”、“奇瑞股份”、“奇瑞新能源”及其關聯方合稱“奇瑞集團”)於蕪湖共同簽署了《戰略合作框架協議》，為雙方奠定戰略合作伙伴關係。
在該協議基礎上，公司與奇瑞新能源擬共同組建合資公司，專業從事新能源汽車的整車研發及製造，為立訊精密汽車核心零部件業務提供前沿的研發設計、量產平台及出海口，致力於實現公司成為汽車零部件Tier 1領導廠商的中長期目標。
協議簽署當日，公司控股股東立訊有限公司(“立訊有限”)與青島五道口新能源汽車產業基金企業(有限合夥)(“青島五道口”)簽署《股權轉讓框架協議》，協議約定立訊有限以100.54億元人民幣購買青島五道口持有的奇瑞控股19.88%股權、奇瑞股份7.87%股權和奇瑞新能源6.24%股權，交易完成後，立訊有限不對奇瑞控股、奇瑞股份及奇瑞新能源構成控制。《股權轉讓框架協議》簽署前，青島五道口持有奇瑞控股46.77%股權，系奇瑞控股第一大股東。
奇瑞控股及其關聯子公司於汽車行業深耕多年，在整車領域擁有完整的技術和產品研發體系，尤其在整車製造環節擁有獨立自主平台，能夠為奇瑞汽車及其他品牌商提供從整車開發到量產的綜合服務，在業內具備強大、領先的核心競爭優勢。
此次公司與奇瑞控股及其關聯方聯合簽署戰略合作框架協議，旨在全方位強化公司汽車業務戰略佈局，充分藉助奇瑞集團在新能源整車領域的深厚技術沉澱和終端品牌資源，設立合資公司並將公司多年來在消費電子領域積累的技術與客户資源進行跨界賦能，在整車合資平台作為前沿的研發設計、量產平台及出海口的強力支持下，動態入局、快速提升公司作為 Tier 1廠商的核心零部件綜合能力，在實踐中快速打磨、優化與放量，實現公司核心零部件的多元化和規模化發展，達到成為 Tier1 領導廠商的中長期目標，為公司未來可持續發展打下堅實基礎。
