Q：請問藥明康德是否有可能會被加入UVL清單？美國商務部是否對無法檢查藥明康德的設施表示過擔憂？
我們並不擔心會被加入UVL清單。我們所有的認證文件都是最新的，我們的供應商也一直與政府機構就相關審批保持良好的溝通。我們嚴格遵守美國相關的法律法規，也歡迎美國商務部和其他監管機構的監督，包括根據需要進行現場檢查。
Q：您預計美國商務部的行動是否會對藥明康德的合作夥伴關係產生影響？
藥明康德不在UVL的名單中，我們預計未來也不會被納入該名單。藥明康德和我們的全球合作夥伴，處在一個開放和規範的全球醫藥生態圈中，並持續爲推動醫藥創新做出切實貢獻。我們相信，無論是否有類似這樣的名單公佈，我們的合作夥伴關係將始終受到醫護人員和患者的重視，併爲他們創造更大價值。
Q：當下的環境是否會對藥明康德採購/進口產品的能力產生影響？
藥明康德擁有堅實、多樣化的供應商儲備，使我們能夠持續爲全球客戶提供服務。我們相信這一能力會繼續保持。我們進口的產品中，極少數類型和美國出口管制相關。我們絕大部分的設備、原材料都來自中國，或者是美國不受出口管制的品類。
Q：您是否擔心藥明康德各業務板塊會受到其他不利措施/制裁的影響？
我們並不擔心。一直以來，藥明康德始終嚴格遵守公司全球各運營所在地的法律法規要求。我還想對我們所有的投資者說，感謝大家對相關話題的關注，我們也希望有更多機會回答大家的問題。最後，因爲有些投資人撥入電話比較晚，我想在此重申藥明康德沒有被列入美國商務部的未經證實名單（UVL）。我們預計未來也不會被納入該名單。公司進口的所有產品的最終用途和目的地認證都是最新的，通過我們的供應商，公司也就相關問題與進出口機構保持良好的溝通。我們也期待，與廣大供應商和客戶一起繼續努力，爲全球合作夥伴提供高質量地研發及生產服務，爲行業賦能，讓更多新藥、好藥造福全球病患。公司將在3月24日召開業績交流電話會，屆時也會回答各位投資者的問題。
