2、應收賬款、合同資產減值風險及業績下滑風險

3、原材料價格波動風險
2018年-2021年9月末，公司承接的建築施工項目的直接材料成本佔公司施工業務總成本的比例分別為50.11%、55.55%、50.44%和52.83%，佔比較高。雖然公司已簽署並執行的部分合同中包含價格調整條款，這些合同條款可在一定程度內降低由於原材料價格非預期上漲給公司帶來的經營風險。但以上措施可能不能完全抵償原材料價格波動導致的成本增加，公司面臨原材料價格波動風險。
