諾力股份(603611.SH):擬向進出口銀行申請新增1億元授信及向寧波銀行申請1億元授信
格隆匯2月10日丨諾力股份(603611.SH)公佈,為滿足日常經營資金需求,降低財務成本,公司於2022年2月10日召開第七屆董事會第十三次會議,審議通過了《諾力股份關於公司向金融機構申請綜合授信額度的的議案》,同意公司分別向中國進出口銀行浙江省分行申請新增人民幣1億元(新增後中國進出口銀行浙江省分行授信額度為人民幣3.5億元)、寧波銀行股份有限公司湖州分行申請1億元的授信額度。
其中中國進出口銀行浙江省分行的授信以公司位於浙江省湖州市長興縣太湖街道中央大道1888號四期工廠產權(不動產權證號為浙(2019)長興縣不動產權第0006264號、浙(2019)長興縣不動產權第0006265號、浙(2019)長興縣不動產權第0006266號)進行抵押,抵押擔保的最高債權金額約為人民幣2.21億元。
