長盈(00689.HK)擬斥1.38億元購加拿大油氣資產
長盈集團(00689.HK)公佈,其間接全資附屬EP Resources Corporation訂立資產購買協議,向RockEast Energy Corp.收購目標資產,初步代價爲2,250萬加元(約1.38億港元),將以現金支付。
目標資產位於加拿大艾伯塔省,包括於艾伯塔省Windy Lake區總面積約35.2平方公裏之土地,其32個在產油氣井之平均剩餘儲量年限超過十年。預期於新油氣井投產後,由2022年1月起目標資產之石油生產量將增加至約640boe/d。
