迪士尼(DIS.US)截至1月1日首財季盈利從此前一年的1,700萬美元,大幅增至11.04億美元,不計及特殊項目後每股盈利爲1.06美元,優於預期的0.63美元。收入增長34%至218.2億美元,超過市場預期的209.1億美元。
在業績公佈後,迪士尼盤後股價升6.9%至157.4美元。
首季樂園、體驗及產品部門的經營溢利爲24.5億美元,此前一年爲虧損1.19 億美元。Disney+訂戶恢復增長,截至首季末訂戶數目增長1,180萬個至1.298億個,高於市場預期的1.292億個。
迪士尼預計下半財年Disney+訂戶增長將超過上半財年,仍然維持至2024年擁有2.3億至2.6億個訂戶的目標。
