諾誠健華(09969.HK)：兩股東近月增持約1300萬股 股東自願禁售 對公司前景充滿信心
2月9日，諾誠健華(09969.HK)發佈公吿稱，公司兩名主要股東於2021年12月及2022年1月通過場內交易購買共計約1300萬股公司股票。與此同時，諾誠健華若干股東自願做出禁售承諾，彰顯對公司未來發展前景的信心以及對公司價值的充分認可。
公司股東和高管持續看好公司未來發展前景
2月9日，諾誠健華髮布公吿稱，公司兩名主要股東於2021年12月及2022年1月通過場內交易購買共計約1300萬股公司股票。同時，若干股東自願做出禁售承諾，該承諾自公吿日期起開始生效。
這些若干股東包括崔霽松博士、趙仁濱博士、HHLR、維梧資本(Vivo)、正心谷資本(LVC)、Stanley Holdings Limited、Wellesley Hill Holdings Limited和公司高級管理層，總計禁售承諾股票數目達到6.78億多股，佔比45.24%。
諾誠健華股東和高管持續看好公司的未來發展前景。諾誠健華核心股東曾於2021年5月16日做出禁售承諾。諾誠健華董事長崔霽松博士還在2021年10月5日和2022年1月21日連續增持公司股票，公司其他高管也進行了增持。在當前的市場環境下，諾誠健華股東和高管的持續表態進一步展現了他們對諾誠健華髮展的信心。
研發管線新進展惠及更多患者
信心源自實力。諾誠健華一直堅持自主研發，已經在惡性腫瘤和自身免疫性疾病領域自主開發了豐富且均衡的產品管線，不僅深度佈局小分子，大分子也迎頭趕上。2022年初，諾誠健華兩項研發管線進展較受關注。
在小分子領域，諾誠健華自主研發的高選擇性泛FGFR(成纖維細胞生長因子受體)抑制劑gunagratinib(ICP-192)治療頭頸癌的首批臨牀中心啟動，包括上海東方醫院、北京腫瘤醫院、華中科技大學同濟醫學院附屬協和醫院和天津腫瘤醫院。ICP-192通過共價結合不可逆地抑制FGFR活性，可以克服第一代可逆FGFR抑制劑的獲得性耐藥，有望給中國數十萬頭頸癌患者提供更好的治療選擇。
在大分子領域，諾誠健華與康諾亞合作開發的CD20xCD3雙特異性抗體CM355在中國完成首例患者給藥。CM355正在中國開展治療CD20+B細胞血液瘤的臨牀研究，而非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)是CD20+B細胞血液瘤的主要類型，佔B細胞淋巴瘤的80%-90%。CM355的高活性和可控安全性將為淋巴瘤患者帶來良好的治療前景。
除了新年伊始的這些進展，諾誠健華已在血液瘤、實體瘤和自身免疫性疾病領域均有深度佈局，9款創新藥已經快速推入臨牀階段，包括第二代泛TRK抑制劑ICP-723(有望解決目前第一代的耐藥性)、泛FGFR抑制劑ICP-192(有望成為潛在同類最佳的泛FGFR抑制劑)、新型酪氨酸激酶2(Tyrosine Kinase 2, TYK2)抑制劑ICP-332、新型多靶點受體酪氨酸激酶(RTK)抑制劑ICP-033、新型蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶SHP2變構抑制劑ICP-189、CD20xCD3雙特異性抗體CM355等。
新藥研發非一日之功。希望在不久的將來，能看到諾誠健華更多好消息，也期待諾誠健華早日成為世界級生物藥企，造福更多患者。
