據報恆大提出今年要交樓約7,000萬平米
內地傳媒報道,根據最新一期恆大(03333.HK)內刊,恆大在大年初六(6日)舉行了2022年保交樓新年開工動員大會,會上提出今年要交樓約7,000萬平米、交房60萬套的目標,相當於恆大所有保交樓項目中有近50%要在年內完成交付。
主席許家印在會上表示,公司去年6月開始陷入困境,9月開始幾乎沒有資金流入,這種情況下要實現大量交樓是很艱難的,但保交樓是涉及千萬戶業主的重大社會民生,是集團必須承擔的社會責任,要不惜一切代價地全力做好這項工作。
許家印指,目前集團預售監管資金500多億元人民幣(下同),基本能啓動春節後的全面復工,復工後施工的連續性就要靠近800億的銷售未回款、近900億的保交樓樓棟中的可售貨值,這1,700億就是持續保交樓的資金基礎。目前80%以上的長期合作夥伴,包括主體施工、材料供應和裝修單位,都在繼續跟恆大合作,除保交樓的範圍之外,集團還有5,600萬平方的在建未取證未開盤的項目、1.6億平方的土地儲備以及150箇舊改項目。
許家印指,近期個別項目在處置資產的過程中,出現了擅自賤賣資產、嚴重損害公司利益的行爲,強調任何時候都不能賤賣公司資產,在二手土地買賣、資金的融資業務方面,仍然存在着個別嚴重的貪腐現象,在保交樓的關鍵時刻,仍然有少數人心存僥倖,發公司的「苦難財」,強調下一步要持續加強監察室的力量,與聯合集團法務部門打擊公司內部各類貪腐行爲。
