瀾起科技(688008.SH)業績快報：2021年度歸母淨利潤降24.88%至8.29億元
格隆匯2月9日丨瀾起科技(688008.SH)發佈2021年度業績快報，實現營業總收入25.62億元，同比增長40.49%；歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤8.29億元，同比下降24.88%；歸屬於母公司所有者的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤6.17億元，同比下降18.73%；基本每股收益0.73元。
報吿期內公司營業收入主要來自於互連類芯片產品線(目前包括內存接口芯片及內存模組配套芯片、PCIe Retimer 芯片等)及津逮®服務器平台產品線(包括津逮®CPU 及混合安全內存模組)。
(1)津逮®服務器平台產品線方面，經過前期的市場推廣和客户培育，津逮®CPU 業務取得了突破性進展，津逮®服務器平台產品線2021年度實現營業收入8.45億元，較上年度增長2750.92%，毛利率為10.22%；
(2)互連類芯片產品線2021年度實現營業收入17.17億元，較上年度下降4.31%，毛利率為 66.72%。
淨利潤下降的主要原因包括以下幾方面：(1)報吿期內公司主要利潤來源DDR4內存接口芯片進入產品生命週期後期，產品價格較上年度有所下降，同時DDR5相關產品在2021年第四季度才正式量產出貨，從而造成互連類芯片產品線的毛利率從上年度的73.22%降至2021年度的66.72%；
(2)2021年度公司因投資產生的公允價值變動收益及投資收益之和較上年度減少0.84億元；
(3)公司持續加大研發投入，2021年度研發費用為3.70億元，較上年度增加23.33%。
報吿期內公司股份支付費用為1.77億元，該費用計入經常性損益，對歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤影響為1.32億元(已考慮相關所得税費用的影響)。因此，2021年度剔除股份支付費用影響後的歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤為9.61億元，較上年度下降25.78%；2021年度剔除股份支付費用影響後的歸屬於母公司所有者的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤為7.49億元，較上年度下降21.20%。
值得注意的是：
2021年第四季度經營情況：隨着公司DDR5內存接口芯片及內存模組配套芯片正式量產出貨，以及津逮®CPU業務持續發展，公司2021年第四季度業績增長顯著。2021年度第四季度公司實現營業收入9.69億元，環比增長 11.64%，同比增長172.88%。其中，互連類芯片產品線2021年第四季度實現營業收入6.01億元，環比增長39.97%，同比增長76.55%，毛利率為69.21%。
2021年第四季度公司實現淨利潤3.17億元，環比增長54.78%，同比增長40.18%；2021年第四季度實現扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤2.57億元，環比增長40.32%，同比增長236.67%。
