贛鋒鋰業(002460.SZ)：約定由PMI向公司提供其在Mt Marion鋰輝石項目包銷的鋰輝石等
格隆匯2月8日丨贛鋒鋰業(002460.SZ)公佈，近日，公司及全資子公司 GFL International Co.,Limitied (“贛鋒國際”)與 Process Minerals International Pty Ltd (“PMI”)簽署了《合作協議》，約定由PMI向公司提供其在Mt Marion鋰輝石項目包銷的鋰輝石，並由公司加工為雙方約定的鋰化合物產品，且由公司負責銷售。
公吿顯示，PMI是澳大利亞上市公司Mineral Resources Limited (“MRL”)的全資子公司，成立於1994年3月18日，註冊地址為Lever1，1-7Sleat Road，Applecross，West Australia。PMI主營業務為採礦服務、礦產品生產和基礎建設。截止目前，公司與PMI各持有澳大利亞 Reed Industrial Minerals Pty Ltd (“RIM”)50%股權，RIM旗下Mt Marion鋰輝石項目是目前全球最大的鋰輝石生產商之一，公司及PMI均享有Mt Marion鋰輝石項目的部分包銷權，雙方分別同時按包銷比例向Mt Marion鋰輝石項目採購鋰輝石。
近日，公司接到RIM的通知，RIM的管理層正在考慮通過生產工藝優化以及開發接觸礦種的方式對Mt Marion鋰輝石項目的產能進行技改擴建，擴建項目初步預計將於2022年下半年投產，預計原產能規模將增加10-15%，另外將新增加接觸礦種產能，預計將額外增加10-15%產能規模，具體擴大規模視工藝優化結果及接觸礦種實際情況而定。
該合同為公司與PMI本着互利共贏的態度，在充分考慮現階段鋰市場情況後達成的合作。該合同的簽署將不影響公司在Mt Marion鋰輝石項目享有的包銷權實施。公司與PMI在資金、人員、技術及現有產能方面均具備履行本合同的能力。該合同的簽訂有利於強化公司與PMI之間長期穩定的合作關係，有利於提升公司的持續盈利能力，有利於公司長遠發展。
