碳元科技(603133.SH):實控人及其一致行動人擬協議轉讓7.7%的股份
格隆匯2月8日丨碳元科技(603133.SH)公佈,公司控股股東、實際控制人徐世中及其一致行動人天津弈遠,擬在減持計劃公吿之日起3個交易日後的3個月內通過協議轉讓的方式,減持合計1610.2652萬股,減持比例7.70%。其中徐世中減持454萬股,減持比例2.17%;天津弈遠減持1156.2652萬股,減持比例5.53%。
若此期間公司有增發、派息、送股、資本公積金轉增股本、配股等除權除息事項,減持股份數、股權比例將相應進行調整。
