大成糖業(03889.HK)預計年度虧損擴大至約9770萬港元
格隆匯2月7日丨大成糖業(03889.HK)發佈公吿,於截至2021年12月31日止年度,集團可能錄得約9770萬港元的虧損淨額,相對於上年度所錄得約870萬港元的虧損淨額。
集團於本年度錄得的虧損淨額大幅上升,主要是由於本年度錄得的其他收入較上年度減少所致。於本年度內,集團因公司的全資附屬公司長春帝豪食品發展有限公司與長春潤德投資集團有限公司訂立日期為2021年3月26日的債務回購協議完成後錄得債務重組的一次性所得約1.28億港元。相比之下,集團於上年度就徵收帝豪食品所擁有物業則錄得一次性所得約2.89億港元。如不將債務重組所得及徵收物業所得計算在內,本年度未經審核虧損淨額應約為2.26億港元,而上年度的經審核虧損淨額則約為2.98億港元。
