當代文體(600136.SH)：2021年度預虧5.8億元-8.6億元
格隆匯2月4日丨當代文體(600136.SH)公佈2021年年度業績預虧的公吿，2021年全年度，公司預計實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約為-5.8億元至-8.6億元，較去年同期減少虧損13.46億元至10.66億元。
扣除非經常性損益事項後，預計歸屬於上市公司股東扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約為-5.9億元至-8.7億元，較去年同期減少虧損13.456億元至10.656億元。
業績預虧的主要原因：
(一)會計處理影響
根據《企業會計準則》和公司會計政策的相關規定，經公司財務部門初步測算，受影視行業影響，公司原有存貨變現能力持續下滑，預計 2021年度將計提存貨減值約為-1.5億元至-2.5億元；受新冠疫情影響，公司雖然加大了催收力度，但相關款項的回收還是難及預期，預計2021年度信用減值損失約為-1.5億元至-2.6億元；受新冠疫情以及各地區、國家疫情管控政策不同的持續影響，最近兩年歐洲球員經紀夏、冬兩季轉會市場成交數量以及成交金額呈持續下滑態勢，公司球員經紀業務也無法順利開展，預計2021年度公司控股子公司BorgB.V.商譽減值準備約為-1.5億元至-2.8億元；受新冠疫情以及相關防疫政策影響，影院上座率仍維持低位，預計2021年度公司控股子公司中影嘉華悦方影城(深圳)有限公司商譽減值準備約為-1500.00萬元至-2536.23萬元。
(二)投資虧損影響
公司目前通過直接及間接方式共計持有北京新愛體育傳媒科技有限公司(“新愛體育”)19.55%的股權，鑑於新愛體育目前仍處於發展初期，因此，經公司財務部門初步測算，預計公司將確認新愛體育的投資虧損約為-5000.00萬元至-10000.00萬元。
(三)財務費用影響
由於公司目前負債率仍然較高，經公司財務部門初步測算，預計公司2021年度財務費用約為3.6億元至5億元。
綜上所述，雖然公司主營業務收入與去年同期相比有較大幅度的上升，但結合公司日常運營管理費用等相關因素，經財務部門初步測算，預計 2021年全年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約為-5.8億元至-8.6億元，較去年同期減少虧損13.46億元至10.66億元。
