格隆匯2月4日丨綜藝股份(600770.SH)公佈2021年年度業績預吿,經江蘇綜藝股份有限公司財務部門初步測算,預計公司2021年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約5500.00萬元,同比減少約67.36%。預計公司2021年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約3000.00萬元,同比增加約3.94%。
業績變動主要受非經常性損益的影響。公司 2021年年度非經常性損益較上年同期的1.39億元減少較多,對利潤影響較大。主要由於:公司利用海外子公司歸集的外幣資金,以證券投資的方式,以大健康和集成電路產業為主要方向進行價值投資,所投主要標的在2020年度內公允價值大幅增長,導致公司2020年利潤較以前年度增長較多。本報吿期內,公允價值變動收益較上年同期下降較多,進而影響公司實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤較上年同期出現較大幅度下降。
